To live a life of honesty, integrity and unconditional love
To never lose site of what's most important
And to make the world a more beautiful place by helping people become all God meant them to be!Â
My life's work has been driven by a singular mission: to make the world a more beautiful place by helping people become all God meant them to be! Born and raised in the church, I knew by high school that I wanted to dedicate my life to this purpose. My foundational belief was, and remains, that every person is an essential part of the "body," a vital piece of the puzzle, and that God is necessary for us to fully step into the role we are intended to fulfill.
While I started college, a deeper calling quickly pulled me away. I spent years traveling the world, immersing myself in mission work that included both practical aid and evangelism. It was on this journey that I met my wife, which solidified my need for formal education to enhance my calling. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries with an emphasis on Pastoral Care at Azusa Pacific University, officially launching a ministry career that has spanned over 25 years.
With a deep heart for world missions, I embarked on the ambitious task of planting the first church for my denomination in Ecuador. There, my commitment to helping people become fully realized continued, but I was also challenged by the necessity of being culturally sensitive and recognizing that every person's path, and relationship with God, is unique.
After stepping away from Ecuador due to my own personal challenges, I carried that evolved mission home. As my journey led me through life coaching and into the world of clinical mental health, I pursued a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, which brings me to where I am today. While my mission to help you become all that God meant you to be has never changed, the way I help has radically changed as I have grown and learned.
