To live a life of honesty, integrity and unconditional love
To never lose site of what's most important
And to make the world a more beautiful place by helping people become all God meant them to be!
The path to becoming a therapist and coach has been rich and varied, shaped by decades of walking alongside people from all walks of life from Los Angeles to South America. With 25 years of experience as a pastor, including 9 years in Ecuador, I've had the profound privilege of connecting with individuals and families across diverse cultures and challenging circumstances. These years laid a deep foundation for understanding human nature, faith, and the complexities of relational dynamics.
I bring not only professional training but also personal experience. I’ve been married for 35 years, have raised two adult children, and have faced many of the same challenges you may be navigating. While personal experience isn’t required to help others grow, I believe it enriches the empathy and understanding I bring to my work. Like you, I’m on my own journey of growth—and I’m committed to continuing that work every day.
My mission, guiding both my therapy and coaching, is to live a life of honesty, integrity, and unconditional love. I strive to never lose sight of what's most important, genuine connection and human flourishing. My ultimate goal is to help you become all that God meant you to be, contributing to a more beautiful world, one person, couple, or family at a time.
In recent years, I transitioned into professional coaching and therapy, honing my skills in guiding individuals toward their goals and helping them unlock their potential. This experience, combined with my recent Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) degree, allows me to offer a unique blend of support. Depending on your needs and circumstances, I can serve as both a therapist or a life coach.
This work matters deeply to me. I do not take it lightly when someone invites me into their personal story. If you're ready to move towards healing and embark on this hopeful journey, I would be honored to walk with you.
